This calf was born near the swamps of Elk Valley, in beautiful Bragg Creek.
The mother , like always, was ever watchful and usually shields any view
of the little one. This morning, both were extremely inquisitive of me
(due to my living on the next acreage) and allowed a clear shot
at the two of them.
