For many professional athletes making just one All-Star Game in their career is an accomplishment but Connor McDavid is of a different breed than your average professional athlete. On January 5th, 2023 the All-Star Rosters were announced for NHL’s 67th All-Star game and Connor McDavid was named to his 6th career All-Star Team. At just 26 years old the Oilers sensation is having his best season yet averaging almost 2 points per game and on pace to win his fifth Art Ross Trophy (most NHL points in a season) and third Hart Memorial Trophy (NHL Most Valuable Player). Along with those awards McDavid has had a season full of accomplishments including scoring his 700th point on opening night, his 800th point shortly after the All-Star Game on February 21st, and his 300th goal shortly after that on March 30th.  McDavid is chasing the ultimate goal of his first Stanley Cup Championship and has put his team in their best position yet to do so.
