Playing center on an NHL top line means being able to do whatever you want with the puck at your stick. This is exactly what makes Connor McDavid one of the brightest young stars in hockey. From a young age, McDavid was able to show an uncanny ability to do what he wanted with the puck. From the minors to juniors to the NHL, he has been like a magician with the puck, whether that has meant finding the back of the net or finding an open teammate for an easy score. He did both with regularity as a rookie in 2015-16. Playing in 45 games due to injury, he scored 16 goals and notched 32 assists. In his previous two seasons with the Erie Otters of the OHL, he notched 219 points in 104 games. Upper Deck Authenticated has purchased the actual stick McDavid uses with the Oilers and now offers it for sale with his autograph. Manufactured by CCM, this Ultra Tacks stick is the actual size and curve (85 flex) he used as a rookie before the Ultra Tacks line was changed to Super Tacks.
