"An overcast day and relatively calm waters contribute to the cool blue tones and gorgeous
reflections of the city lights in this image. This scene, taken from Centre Island, can look
very different depending on the weather conditions. On this occasion it came together
nicely. I used a long exposure to compensate for the low light and this has smoothed
the water of the lake and shown some movement in the clouds."
